A complete POS for hospitality.

POS orders appear in the kitchen instantly. Each sector (cold, hot, bar) sees only its own items. Color-coded urgency timer, per-item done buttons, automatic order completion, sound alerts and kitchen ticket printing.
Guest scans the QR code at the table and orders from their phone — no waiting for a waiter, no app to download. Or use the in-venue kiosk for self-service, or the counter for fast entry. All three channels feed the kitchen in real time.
A dedicated app for issuing non-cash (virman) invoices to legal entities. Montenegrin companies, foreigners, individuals, EU companies with VAT IDs, non-EU with Tax IDs — all buyer types supported per Tax Administration specification. Yes. EFIS.PRO is fully compliant with Montenegrin fiscalization law and communicates directly with the Tax Administration. All invoices are submitted in real time, receive official codes (JIKR and IKOF), and pass through verification. Your fiscal certificate is used to sign every invoice.
Yes. EFIS.PRO automatically detects whether your business is flat-rate (paušalac) taxed or VAT-registered, and adapts invoices, reports and Tax Administration communication accordingly. Paušalac invoices are issued without a VAT breakdown and include the note "Issuer is not in the VAT system" — fully compliant with the law. The price is the same either way.
Activation takes between 5 and 30 minutes. We need your PIB (tax ID), fiscal certificate and TCR codes. Everything else — products, operators, tables, kitchen sectors — you can configure yourself or with our help, at no extra cost.
POS and miniPOS apps work offline. Invoices are stored locally, and when the connection returns, they are automatically sent to the Tax Administration. You don't lose a single invoice — business doesn't stop.
Probably yes. EFIS.PRO supports all common thermal printers on the Montenegrin market — wired, wireless or networked. We work with all standard paper widths (57mm, 58mm, 76mm, 80mm). If you're unsure about your device, send us the model and we'll check.
